Well summer has arrived!

It is difficult to put up with some of life's turns. One of my childhood friends died and it seemed that it went unnoticed by so many of his friends. He was a larger then life character who could not be forgotten. A least I thought so. We miss you already Bob.

Larry, who has been with us for 7 years, is having his first child in August. We are all so happy for him and his wife. It has been a long struggle.

It's summer. School is almost out and the kids are finally outside.

We are slowly creating the new "Green Latrine". A portable high end green powder room for those special events. Watch for it!

Blogger sucks

This Blogger is diffecult at best. A friend of mine died and his sister created a memoreal page on blogger. At least a dozon people from around the country told me they could not get into it. This is very sad. My blogs for the past four monthes have been unpublished. They said succesfully published but they were not.

Anyway...chech your hoses for breaks inside your house before you turn them on. My wife put the hose back on after I took them off for the winter and it broke for the second time in three years. Check it, check it, check it!!!!


On the good side...

2008 will be GREAT!!!

Happy New Year. Got back from Cancun Mexico. If you have never been then you should. Cancun is beautiful and warm. Go all inclusive and you can't go wrong.
Its winter here. Subzero today and yesterday. When things warm up you could be in trouble. If you have frozen pipes and you have to leave your home make sure you turn off your water. If you still have a hose connected outside it's too late to save yourself. Tape that thing shut and put a note that reads "Do not use until plumber has checked!!!" do this right now or pay the price later. Also check your sump pump discharge line to make sure it hasn't frozen outside. If your pump is running all the time and the pipe above the pit is warm that means the water is not discharging and the pump will soon burn out. No Black Hoses!!!

1st really cold day of 07' december

It's frozen pipe season. All the happy creatures dancing on your lawn last summer have burrowed deep into your home leaving all your happy pipes exposed to the harsh weather. With snow on the ground you won't feel like crawling around your exterior. Don't worry, we'll crawl around for you. There will, of course, be a charge. "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!" Remember, WE NEVER CLOSE!"

Finished my Christmas shopping. HOO HAA. Keeping fingers crossed for a great new year. Please drive safe I can't afford to lose a single customer. And my God keep you in his favor in 2008.
