Plumbing Tip #1
If your garbage disposal doesn't work and makes no noise, check the
reset button. It should be a small, square button located at the
bottom of the disposal. You might simply be able to push it and
voila...you're back in business! If your disposal makes a noise,
but does not
move, it's time to call us!
Plumbing Tip #2
Do you have low water pressure at just one faucet? The likely culprit
is a dirty aerator (the removable screen at the end of the faucet spout).
Just twist it off the faucet, clean out the residue, and your pressure
should be back to normal. If you think it's more than
an aerator problem, give the professionals at Expert
Plumbing a call!
Plumbing Tip #3
To keep your sink drain lines clear and flowing properly, completely
fill both
sinks and then drain them. Do this after using
your sink for anything that might have left food bits or other material
behind (this is especially important if you have a garbage disposal).
Plumbing Tip #4
Always get a second opinion on plumbing work! Even if it's Expert Plumbing
that gave you the first one. You'll rest easier. |
